The Crime and Misconduct Commission says it has seized about $12 million worth of assets from alleged fraudster Joel Barlow.
The 36-year-old is in custody accused of defrauding Queensland Health of more than $16.6 million.
Lawyers for the Queensland Government have sought court orders to restrain a long list of property from Barlow, including a New Farm apartment, three luxury cars, jet skis and clothing.
They returned to the Supreme Court on Wednesday to have more of his possessions turned over to the Public Trustee.
The CMC says it will seek to have all the items turned over to the state.
