Mark Howden (BCom, LLB, Acc.Spec.(Crime-QLD)

Mark has been practising criminal law since 1990, and was admitted to practice in Queensland, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Mark is a former barrister ,who practiced at the Victorian Bar. Until recently, Mark was a member of the Queensland Law Society Criminal Law Section, the peak body representing solicitors in Queensland.
 
Mark  has been an accredited criminal law specialist since 2007, and occasionally lectures at the University of Queensland and often comments in the media.

Peter Saggers (BA, LLB (Hons), JP, Acc.Spec.(Crime-QLD)

Peter graduated with honours in law, and commenced work with the Public Defender’s Office in 1989.  He has an extensive network of contacts throughout Queensland, and maintains a close relationship with senior members of the Queensland Bar. Peter is also an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist, and  has appeared in numerous high profile matters.
