Joe Wicking is a Senior Associate at Howden Saggers Lawyers, having joined the firm in 2017.
Joe is one of a handful of Accredited Criminal Law Specialists in Queensland and has been heavily immersed in the practice of Criminal Law since he began his legal career. Joe has appeared for clients in investigative hearings before the Crime and Corruption Commission and the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission. He has dealt with Workplace Health and Safety matters, ranging from mining incidents to deaths in a workplace.
Joe is well aware of the potential life-changing consequences of a person’s interaction with the criminal justice system. Joe is a dedicated and skilled advocate who takes a client centred focus to all of his matters.
Joe is a regular presenter at the Queensland Traffic Offenders Program (QTOP) and has also presented for a number of other local organisations, schools and Universities.
