Sam is an Associate at Howden Saggers Lawyers, having joined the firm in 2019.
Sam has dedicated his career to the practice of criminal law and has experience at every level of the criminal justice process. In addition to the practice of traditional criminal law, he has appeared in investigative hearings before the Crime and Corruption Commission and Workplace Health and Safety matters, ranging from mining incidents to deaths in a workplace.
Sam believes that clear and open communication with his clients is key. He prides himself on his good humour and ability to build strong rapport with his clients, always keeping them fully informed about the progress of their matters.
Sam regularly presents in schools and Universities to educate young people on the consequences of becoming involved with the criminal justice system.
