Thomas Fall


Thomas joined Howden Saggers Lawyers as a solicitor in 2021.
Thomas previously worked for Parole Board Queensland and is experienced in administrative law and the conduct of applications for Judicial Review. Thomas’ work with Parole Board Queensland has given him a strong understanding of the breadth of the Criminal Justice System, from when a client is first charged all the way through to their release from custody.

Thomas works on all criminal matters, administrative law matters, applications for parole and judicial review.

Through industry involvement, Thomas also has a strong understanding of the Australian Rules of Racing and the Local Rules for Thoroughbred Racing in Queensland and can provide advice with respect to review of decisions of stewards and the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission.

Thomas’ practice is focused on advocacy for his client’s and ensuring that every matter is conducted with a view to the best result for his client’s particular needs.
