If you are a veteran with operational or warlike service or a war widow applicant and have had a claim for disability compensation or a pension disallowed by the Veterans’ Review Board, you can appeal to the Administrative Appeal Tribunal and the Federal Court of Australia.
Legal Aid Queensland will fund our office to obtain advice as to your prospects on appeal. If the advice is positive, then funding will be available for the appeal.
