Nick Ware is an experienced lawyer with a strong passion for guiding clients through the legal system. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), as well as a Bachelor of Justice specialising in Policing and Investigations. Nick was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in January 2013.
Nick’s expertise spans criminal law, regulatory prosecutions, traffic matters, domestic violence, and coronial inquests. He has worked across community legal centres, not-for-profit organisations, and private practice, providing dedicated legal support to diverse clients, including Indigenous individuals, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and those with mental health or neurodivergent experiences.
A dedicated member of the Queensland Law Society, Nick also serves on the Children’s Law Policy Committee. He has been a member of the Golden Key Honour Society since 2006, recognising his academic and professional excellence.
